How saved settings work
Set your standards once, every batch on autopilot.
1STEP 1
Set your standards
Build the naming convention from parts and save your UTM string and enhancement choices, per ad account or one for all.
2STEP 2
Applied automatically
Drop creatives into a batch and every ad is named, tagged and set up the moment it lands.
3STEP 3
Just as you like it, every time
The next batch, and the one after, starts from the same settings. Nobody pastes a UTM or retypes a name.
UTM tracking
The same UTMs on every
One UTM string, saved as the default for each ad account or shared across several. It is on every ad’s link from the start, so nothing goes live untracked because a field got missed.
- A default per ad account
- Never forgotten on a single ad
- Meta fills in the real names on every click
Enhancement defaults
Switch off what you never want, once
Untick the enhancements you never use, keep the one you like and save it as the default for that client. Every batch for that ad account starts that way.
- A default per client
- Image, video and carousel lists
- Change it for one batch when you need to
Adtool automates our uniform, streamlined workflows, including standardizing structures.

Four kinds of part. The file name, the ad type (IMG, VIDEO, CAROUSEL and so on), the date in one of 18 formats, and any text you type, like a client code or a country. Put them in any order, joined by one of 11 dividers.
Just your ads. Campaigns and ad sets keep the name you give them when you create or copy them in Adtool. Your UTMs can still carry all three, through Meta’s {{campaign.name}}, {{adset.name}} and {{ad.name}}.
Yes. Save a default for your organization, then give any ad account its own naming convention and UTM string. The others keep the default.
Yes. Every ad’s name is a field you can edit in the builder. To change a word in all of them at once, use Find & replace on Ad name.
Any URL parameters. Fixed ones such as utm_source=facebook, and Meta’s dynamic ones in double braces that fill in on every click.
Yes. Every new batch opens with the default of the ad account it is for, or your organization’s if the account has none. Open the batch’s Enhancements tab to change it for that batch only.
No. An ad is named when its creative goes into a batch, so ads you launched before keep their names.
Works well with
Enhancements
Meta’s AI enhancements go on by default. Turn them off once, and every ad you launch keeps your choice.

Stop copy-pasting ads one by one. Write the copy once and launch the whole batch, with your defaults, UTMs and names already on.
