About Looja

Looja is a performance and branding agency focused on profitable growth, at both a strategic and an operational level.

We help companies prioritize. Most have plenty of opportunities in front of them but limited time and budget, so our job is to put the effort where it actually moves revenue, profit, and market position.

We work across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, email marketing, Shopify, and overall digital strategy: everything from creative development and ad production to account structure, conversion optimization, and solid tracking. Budgets are allocated for profit and real growth, not just the platforms' own numbers.

Our clients are typically medium-sized and larger companies, mostly e-commerce, scaling internationally and looking for an agency that understands business as well as advertising. For us, marketing is a steering tool: it should show in the numbers and be felt on the bottom line.

We do not only advise e-commerce brands from the outside. We have invested in JAAFIT and built and run the e-commerce case ourselves, sitting with product, Shopify, checkout, operations, marketing budget, scaling, and the bottom line in practice. That experience shapes our advice: it comes not only from agency work and ad accounts, but from making the commercial choices that decide whether a webshop grows profitably.

How Looja works

When we start a collaboration, we analyze the business before we touch the ads: performance, growth, margins, customer mix, and risk factors, to find the right order of work.

Many companies pour energy into small adjustments while the bigger structural decisions sit untouched. Getting the order right means nobody spends months on something that moves a little when there are decisions on the table that could move far more.

The collaboration is close and business-oriented. We often weigh in on assortment, market prioritization, budget allocation, and international expansion, not just ad setup.

Where Adtool fits

Adtool is a central part of our production setup on Meta.

We run high creative volume, multiple markets, and structured test frameworks. That only works when execution is fast and precise.

A year ago we were about to hire a full-time Paid Specialist just for Meta setup. We stopped the hire when we got onboarded on Adtool. Even with more clients today, the role is still not needed. Adtool has automated large parts of the manual setup work, and we now launch campaigns quickly and consistently across markets.

Full Black Friday setup in 11 markets in 16 minutes

One Friday, the calendar was fully booked, and we had a 30-minute window to get Black Friday campaigns live in 11 countries.

Doing that manually in Meta Ads Manager, and doing it right in every market, would realistically take 1.5 to 2 hours.

With Adtool, every campaign was set up and ready in 16 minutes.

That was the difference between pressure and control. The time we saved went into budget allocation and market prioritization, the decisions that actually move Black Friday.

For an agency running many markets at high volume, that kind of efficiency is business-critical.

What matters in Meta advertising today

1. Content with system and volume. Success on Meta in 2026 requires structured, continuous creative production. One good ad is not enough anymore; you need constant iteration of formats, angles, and hooks.

Meta is moving toward broader distribution and less manual control. That makes creative quality and volume the main competitive advantage.

2. Incremental attribution and a real growth focus. ROAS in Ads Manager is not enough.

You have to keep asking whether the budget is creating new customers or just reactivating existing demand. Look at new customer rate, blended performance, and profit rather than the platform's own numbers alone.

3. Invest in brand and think holistically. Performance without brand quickly hits a ceiling.

The companies that win work systematically to expand their market and become relevant to new audiences. The goal is to be top of mind in as many relevant segments as possible, not just among the people already close to buying.

That means constantly attracting new potential customers, building recognition and word of mouth, and earning the position of natural first choice.

All platforms have to work together. You cannot judge everything from Ads Manager. You have to understand the whole business, work to win market share, and be visible and relevant when the audience is ready to convert.

It’s become fun again to make ads.

That’s what our customers say. Want to see why?
